LF VODKA

Spirit obtained from the distillation of fermented grain musts. Pure, white, clear, ideal for creating countless cocktails and long drinks. Perfect to taste neat or on ice and garnished with citrus zest, with an olive or a cocktail cherry. Our vodka pairs well with savoury appetizers, raw fish and pickled vegetables, particularly gherkins.

OPIFICIUM GIN

gradation: 40% vol

Opificium Gin is produced from distilled juniper berries, easily recognisable. It is enriched with scented notes of bergamot and mandarin and spices such as coriander and angelica. All this brings out the aroma and body of pure distilled juniper, without compromising its identity. It is served both neat or mixed in various cocktails such as the famous “gin and tonic”.

LF SAMBUCA

Typically sweet and velvety liqueur flavoured with star anise distillate. LF Elderflower has a full-bodied and oily consistency characterised by intense and delicate flavours. Elderflower liqueur can be served neat, as a “coffee killer” or simply as a drink. One or two coffee beans can be added as a garnish, the so-called “fly” which enhances the taste of the product when chewed while drinking. When drank with the addition of cold water, the liqueur is known as “with a ghost” as by lowering the temperature the elderflower becomes cloudy and takes on an opalescent white colour.

ROSSOMELA

The apple juice we use is processed cold, therefore is not pasteurized. This has a positive effect on the organoleptic freshness of the aperitif. The liquor is coloured with natural food colourings and is ideal for creating aperitifs and cocktails, 100% natural. We recommend mixing it with sparkling wine, soda and with ice and a slice of orange.

LF VERMUT

gradation: 18% vol

Artisanal vermouth produced by blending natural ingredients with the wine that serves as the symbol of the region where it is produced and whose name it bears: Friulian. This wine pairs wonderfully with the bitter notes of absinthe and the spicy hints of oregano. This successful partnership of flavours gives life to a fresh-tasting product characterised by floral and fruity notes, accompanied by a delicately bitter taste. Drank neat and on ice, to appreciate its unique taste. Mixology special.

COCKTAIL VERMUT

gradation: 18% vol

capacity: 70 cl

Red vermouth made with natural ingredients and characterised by the typical aroma of Verduzzo Friulano wine. The intense flavour with noticeable bitter and spicy notes make it an excellent ingredient for preparing cocktails. This vermouth is obtained from the infusion of a blend of spices and aromatic plants in the wine, recipe created and carefully preserved by the Liquoreria Friulana Opificium. These include absinthe, clary sage and bitter orange zest.

COCKTAIL BITTER

gradation: 25% vol

capacity: 70 cl

Bitter distinguished by its golden yellow colour and exclusively produced with colouring agents and aromas of natural origin. Its sweet and citrusy notes make it an excellent ingredient for preparing cocktails and perfect for aperitifs. Paired with our Opificium Gin and our Vermouths, it is ideal for creating a “Negroni Opificium style”, a new and unique “Negroni”.
