JUNIPER GRAPPA

Amber grappa with a resinous note, given from fresh juniper. Made using juniper berries left soaked for a month in a base of white friulian grappa.

GENTIAN GRAPPA

This grappa descend from a classical alpine recipe. Whit a traditional light yellow color and a pleasant bitter note, it is made with fresh gentian roots, that after being dried, they are grinded and macerated for about a month in white Friulian grappa.

CUMIN GRAPPA

From the alpine legacy, a unique flavored grappa. The scented cumin seeds are left to macerate in white friulian grappa for at least one month.

ELIXIR OF GRAPPA AND LIME TREE HONEY

A delicious smooth elixir made with the best linden honey, locally sourced (Province of Udine), wisely blendedwith the unique taste of white Friulian grappa.

ELIXIR OF GRAPPA AND BLUEBERRIES

gradation: 25% vol

capacity: 50 cl - 150 cl

The black blue berries are directly poured and left inside the bottle, soaking in white Friulian grappa. In this way, the grappa will blend with the juice of the berries and then the berries will maintain their shape. The shape of the bottle is due to enable the consumer, to pour the desired amount of liqueur and fruits.
